Non-regulated professions. The professionals point of view

On the occasion of the tenth anniversary of Law 4/2013, "Provisions on Non-Organized Professions", the opportunity was taken to focus on individual unregulated professions, investigating professionals' perspectives on accredited certification in accordance with the UNI standard and compared to certification issued by professional associations, thus considering the various qualification options provided for by the law.
The study "Unregulated Professions.
The Professionals' Point of View," conducted by IRS, Accredia, and UNI, in collaboration with Assotic and Conforma, involved three professional figures for whom specific technical standards have been published (Tax Expert, Condominium Administrator, Insurance Claims Adjuster), selected based on the target market and the varying degrees of "success," or diffusion, of accredited certification.
