Online registration

The online registration for the 43rd EA General Assembly is open and is centrally managed by Accredia communication partner Triumph Italy srl.

The registration fee will be charged per meeting day and is subject to the cancellation policy mentioned below. This fee includes all meeting facilities, refreshments and lunch. The fee shall be paid via bank transfer or by credit card.

  • 1 day fee:  €145,00 (VAT included)
  • 2 days fee: €290,00 (VAT included)


Cancellation Policy for registration


  • Notification of cancellation must be made in writing to the Triumph Italy srl registration@thetriumph.com
  • For cancellation received by 11 February 2019, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
  • For cancellation received after 11 February 2019, no refund of the registration fee will be made.

By registering, the Accredia privacy policy is considered accepted.
