Online registration

The online registration for the EA LC is managed by Accredia and its communication partner, Triumph Italy srl.

The registration the the EA Laboratory Committee and EA Laboratory Committee Management Group is open.

You are invited to register, using the Registration system below, by 9 January 2024 in order to avoid the cancellation policy applicable for the participation to the Committees.

  • The registration fee will be charged for any participant for 2 meeting days and it includes all meeting facilities, refreshments and lunches.

2-days meeting fee:  €370,00 (VAT included)

  • Additional fee will be charged for the Dinner of 27 March 2024.

Dinner fee: €60,00 (VAT included)

  • City Centre Tour of 27 March 2024 is offered by Accredia.

Cancellation Policy for registration

Notification of cancellation must be made in writing to the Triumph Italy srl to the e-mail address: s.marioni@thetriumph.com.

Cancellation rules are the following:

  • For cancellations received in writing by 9 January 2024, the 80% of the registration fee will be refunded.
  • For cancellation received in writing after 10 January 2024, no refund of the registration fee will be made.
  • All refunds will be made in writing within 3 months after the end of the event. Requests submitted after this period shall not be considered.
  • Refunds, if due, will be made on the same credit card used for the payment of the services (or by bank transfer).

Important information to use the online registration system:

  • In order to proceed with the registration, please press the button “Create a new individual user” that you will see in the Registration system page.
  • Fill the registration form with all the information requested (fields marked with * are mandatory).

The registration will be considered complete only upon payment of the fee through the following options:

  • Credit card
  • Bank transfer
